Full of twists, turns and hypnotic melodies Freya Beer shares new single Siren.
Freya Beer, from West London is a new force for greatness in music. Taken from her upcoming debut album Siren was inspired by art, the 70s and Roxy Music. The new track features Freya’s spine-tingling vocals and a soft rock backing track that creates a hazy but hypnotic vision of rock and roll whilst holding its place in new progressive music that proves modern artists can be boundary pushing and eccentric.
Talking about Siren, Freya said:
“Ever since I began writing I’ve always turned to art for a starting point on my songwriting journey. I’ve found I work best visually, hence why I like to research into a lot of art/films/photography to improve my skills. Sonically, the guitars in particular were inspired by Roxy Music’s album For Your Pleasure.”
